How far in advance should we book?

Booking 4–8 weeks in advance is recommended, especially for weekends and large events. Last-minute availability may be possible.

How quickly will we receive our photos?

A preview is available within 24–48 hours depending on your collection. The complete edited gallery is typically delivered within 7–14 days.

Can we use the photos for our organization’s marketing?

Yes. Corporate and event collections include usage rights for your organization’s website, social media, newsletters, press releases and marketing materials.

Do you photograph speakers, sponsors and VIPs?

Absolutely. Before the event, we can review your schedule and priority photo list to make sure important people, sponsors, presentations and key moments are documented.

Do you travel for corporate events?

Yes. FBM Studios serves South Florida and New York, with travel available for events in other locations.
